Window World Announces Management Team Promotions
Tampa, FL – May 14, 2019 – Window World, with locations in Tampa, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Houston, and Dallas/Fort Worth, recently announced three additions to its management team.
Robert Smythe has been promoted to the newly created position of vice president of operations. He will be responsible for overseeing all customer service functions as well as all outbound telemarketing efforts. Smythe has been with Window World in its Baton Rouge office since 2002. He previously served as corporate operations manager.
Macon Roland has been promoted to corporate production manager, where he will be responsible for the hiring and production of field supervisors, service technicians, production assistants, and installation contractors in all of Window World’s markets.
Jacob Roland was promoted to the position of Texas regional manager, overseeing the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston operations of Window World. Roland joined Window World 7 years ago as a salesman and recently served as interim general manager of the company’s Dallas office.
