Originally from Omaha and educated in Birmingham, he brings a broad perspective to Florida clients. An avid fisherman, Tom applies the same patience and attention to detail to every home project he handles.

Caleb D., Project Estimator

Caleb brings four years of experience as a Project Estimator at Window World and a background in digital technology. A Countryside High graduate, he combines tech skills with a personal approach to service. A father of three, Caleb enjoys boating and beach volleyball with his wife and four dogs while staying active in the Tampa community.

Daniel K., Sales Manager

With nine years at Window World of Tampa, Daniel brings valuable experience to his role as Sales Manager. Originally from New York, where he completed college, he’s adapted his skills to the Florida market. A former competitive powerlifter, Daniel leads with discipline and focus. He values family life with his wife, two children, and three dogs while building a close-knit team.

Christian R., Senior Project Estimator at Window World of Tampa, holds dual degrees in Business and Forestry from LSU and brings five years of industry experience. With a background in commercial construction, he offers a strong grasp of design and transparency. A U.S.–Italy dual citizen, Christian enjoys biking, hiking, and fishing with his four-year-old son and black Lab.

Michael brings three years of service to Window World of Tampa, blending an economics degree with a background in hospitality. His customer-first approach is matched by an adventurous spirit—he once visited 13 national parks in 33 days. Outside of work, Michael enjoys fishing, basketball, and snowboarding with his wife, newborn son Tyler, and their Australian Shepherd, Juniper.

Brett C., Project Estimator

Brett brings nearly five years of experience to his role as Project Estimator at Window World of Tampa, including three years in Atlanta. A University of Tennessee graduate, he’s known for strong customer service and attention to detail—also reflected in his 136-pair sock collection. Brett enjoys golf and sports with his wife Sirlei, daughter Julia, and their cat Oink.

Matthew M., Project Estimator

Matthew has over five years of experience as a Project Estimator at Window World of Tampa. A Wesley Chapel native and North Babylon High School graduate, he brings a New York work ethic to Florida. Matthew actively enjoys fitness, boating, and dining out. At home, he and his wife of 22 years share life with their two grown children and two dogs.
