Installers showed up at the planned time. They were professional, efficient and respectful of my space. The installation went very well. Window World representatives stayed in frequent communication with me before, during and after installation. I fully intend to bring them back to do the next series of window replacements in my house.

So impressed with the quality of my windows. Glad we did the double-hung windows and I loved the ease of using them. I love the fact they swing out for easy cleaning. The installation was a breeze. The gentlemen installing them were polite, courteous, and cleaned up after they were done. My husband was super impressed by their caulking.
